For Ball Courts, Sports Courts or multi use games areas (MUGA Fencing), mesh panel systems (sports fencing) are becoming increasingly popular in schools due to their flexibility and the different options they provide for sport. Standard MUGA courts are either 35m x 17m or 38m x 18m, providing sufficient space for football, basketball, tennis and netball lines to be drawn on. Other common combinations of sport include football, rugby and hockey; your choice of pitch surface will depend on which sports you want to cater for and also the age of the users.
The Duo Sports double wire sports fencing system has been designed and evolved from the Duo 6 and Duo 8 perimeter. Perfect for light or heavy usage courts and pitches with MUGAs (multi-use games areas), the Duo Sports 8 sports fencing system is ideal for urban or rural settings.
The Duo Sports fencing system is manufactured from either dual horizontal 6mm wires sandwiching single 5mm vertical wires (Duo 6 Sports) or 8mm wires sandwiching single 6mm vertical wires (Duo 8 Sports). This produces a 50mm x 200mm mesh pattern that is strong and vandal resistant and offers the best value.
FENCEED 6/5/6 fence -an excellent choice
The vertical wires have a diameter of 5 mm. They are framed by two horizontal wires, each 6 mm thick. These wires are firmly welded at the crossing points. This forms a stable construction that hinders the cutting or bending of wires to penetrate the terrain. The narrow mesh size of 50 x 200 mm and the round wires make it difficult to support the feet, which would be necessary for easy climbing of the fence and thus makes it difficult to climb over.
