Palisade fences are constructed using heavy-duty steel pales that are cold-rolled and attached to horizontal railing. These "W" profile pales are then secured with galvanized bolts. As an added precaution, anti-tamper shear bolts can be used, designed to snap under tension. This makes it an extremely effective anti-intruder perimeter, as the fence cannot be disassembled, rammed, or scaled.
