Product Description

3D curved welded wire mesh fence also known as Triangle bend fence, triangle mesh fence, 3D fence, etc. Triangle bend fence is pretty light yet durable, its composition is simply wire welded together to make a fence. The surface treatment of welded wire mesh fence includes: hot-dipped galvanized, PVC coated, powder coated.

It is mostly made of stainless steel or carbon steel. Firstly, the workers weld the wires into panel, and then adopt bending machine to bend the wires on the short side of the rectangular shape, so the V-shaped curves are produced. It is important to note that the quantity of V-shaped curve depends on the height of welded wire panel. This uses the principle of triangle stability to provide additional strength and rigidity for the panel. In addition, curvy fence panel can be installed on flat areas or slopes, and it can also be applied in a variety of different land types such as general land surface or sand.

 

3D security welded wire fence features pressed horizontal "V" shaped beams, in which a horizontal wire spans the entire width of the panel that could provide added strength and rigidity. As a special kind of welded wire panel, 3D welded wire fence panel is made from galvanized carbon steel or iron wires mostly, which is bent into suitable "V" angle and then welded into panel.
